Post date:

SURPRISE, ARIZ. (Oct. 8, 2020) – Throughout 2020, virtually every aspect of our lives has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the many positives that has occurred is that so many people are focused on taking care of their health, both physically and emotionally, while also striving to stay safe. This is why non-profit Sun Health launched its new low-cost platform LiveWell Learning to help people keep healthy at home for less than $5 a month.

Sun Health’s LiveWell Learning can be accessed on any device, from anywhere, which provides a great option for those who reside in Arizona during the winter and leave town when the weather heats up.

On-demand modules Include:

  • Fitness
  • Nutrition
  • Chronic Disease Prevention and Management
  • Mental health issues
  • Bone Health
  • Memory-Related issues

New classes are added regularly keeping with the most current health and wellness trends. All classes are taught by licensed professionals. There are currently more 40 classes and programs available, with new classes being added regularly.

People interested in test-driving the platform, or who just want to check out one or two classes, can buy them individually for $1.99 each; with access open for 30 days. A monthly plan is only $4.99. The annual subscription is $49.99, offering subscribers a savings of nearly $10 over the monthly option. Each subscription plan allows users to access new classes and events throughout the year.
