Designed for golfers of all skill levels, this class focuses on the seven key components of golf fitness: strength, flexibility, balance, stability, stamina, muscular endurance, and body composition. Participants will use a variety of fitness tools, including stability balls, resistance bands, hand weights, small exercise balls, and mats, to build physical skills that support a stronger, safer, and more effective golf swing. Floor and modified exercises will be included, and weekly take-home assignments will help reinforce progress between classes.
