A Matter of Balance® is an evidence-based program designed specifically for adults age 65 and older who are concerned about falling or who have limited their activities due to fear of falling.
This program is especially beneficial for older adults managing chronic conditions, recent changes in mobility, or concerns about maintaining independence. Sessions are led by students from A.T. Still University in a supportive, respectful environment that encourages participation at a comfortable pace.
