A Matter of Balance® is an evidence-based program designed specifically for adults age 65 and older who are concerned about falling or who have limited their activities due to fear of falling.
This program is especially beneficial for older adults managing chronic conditions, recent changes in mobility, or concerns about maintaining independence. Sessions are led by students from A.T. Still University in a supportive, respectful environment that encourages participation at a comfortable pace.

Swing Away! Golf Fitness (4 weeks)

Improve your game from the ground up in this fun and active 4-week golf fitness workshop. Designed for golfers of all skill levels, this class focuses on the seven key components of golf fitness: strength, flexibility, balance, stability, stamina, muscular endurance, and body composition. Participants will use a variety of fitness tools, including stability balls, resistance bands, hand weights, small exercise balls, and mats, to build physical skills that support a stronger, safer, and more effective golf swing. Floor and modified exercises will be included, and weekly take-home assignments will help reinforce progress between classes.
